It is located in a small rural village on the outskirts of Noia, very quiet and familiar. It has a capacity for 2-8 people. Ideal for couples, families and groups.

The house is divided into two floors of about 90 square meters and a large outdoor area with garden. The main floor, with high ceilings, has a spacious kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms with double bed, one of them with bathroom en suite, a bedroom with trundle beds, a living room with sofa bed of 1.20m and a master bathroom with double sink and bathtub.

The ground floor has been enabled as a leisure area to enjoy the house on rainy days. It has a laundry area and parking area.
